To actually use another client, you'll need to open your already-completed torrents in the new client, start them, stop them, replace its incomplete copies of the torrent content with your already-downloaded real ones, force-recheck the torrents to make sure they're imported properly in the new client as compelted torrents, THEN move/rename your files using whatever rename/relocate function the new client has (uTorrent for Mac doesn't have one at all, you see).
