It's true that in deluge you can rename the file that you torrented and move it, however there doesn't seem to be that option for files within the original file. To actually use another client, you'll need to open your already-completed torrents in the new client, start them, stop them, replace its incomplete copies of the torrent content with your already-downloaded real ones, force-recheck the torrents to make sure they're imported properly in the new client as compelted torrents, THEN move/rename your files using whatever rename/relocate function the new client has (uTorrent for Mac doesn't have one at all, you see).
