If you saved the file to c:\downloads and it's called bltadwin.ru, type. C: cd C:\Downloads bltadwin.ru Some of the steps are a bit redundant - if you know what you're doing in the command prompt then skip as needed (but then you probably wouldn't be posting this question). This will work even if you saved the file to D:\downloads. Scroll down to the bltadwin.ru file and select that. This sometimes works and, if so, the REG file will merge and you don't need Step 3 below. d) The next thing to try is to use the Run As command. Open a Windows Explorer window and navigate to the Windows directory (usually either C:\Windows or C:\WINNT). Scroll down to the bltadwin.ru file.
